029 Chase Masterson Interview

Everyone remembers Chase as Leeta on a little show called Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She was very endearing and charming as Rom’s wife and always a pleasure to see on screen. Well it was a real thrill to find out that those qualities derive themselves from her real personality.

While prepping for this interview, we realized there was so much to talk about; from her career on Star Trek to her singing career and several upcoming projects that she has in the works, but it soon became clear that the real story was in her new movie “Yesterday Was A Lie” which she not only stars in, but also produces. Her enthusiasm was so great we took a look at what this film was about and instantly realized that this was something we had to focus on. Not only sci-fi but also noir, the movie has already garnered much praise from the different film festivals it’s been in and later this year it will be seeing its theatrical release.

So hit the button and listen up; Chase is going to give you all the info you need to know before seeing the movie. After wards, we’ve set up a little media gallery for you to get a little more info on the film. There’s a trailer from the movie to check out and a featurette with Chase and the rest of the cast and crew talking about the flick as well as links to her site and the official site for the movie Here. Enjoy.

We’ll try and cover more on the movie as we get closer to the release date and maybe hit you up with another interview. It’s not very often we get a neo-noir to add to our limited library of titles that include movies like Blade Runner, Dark City, Gattaca or the Thirteenth Floor, so when it does happen, we should all sit up and take notice. You never know, it could already be a classic.
