Witchfinder TPB

Meet Sir Edward Grey, Mike Mignola‘s very own Sherlock Holmes for the Hellboy universe. Another brick in the solid foundation of the Hellboy world that Mignola has been building for years now, Witchfinder fills in some of the time in the late eighteen hundreds. Helped in no small part by Ben Stenback‘s simple line work and rich dialogue by Mignola, this book fares much better than the Abe Sapien book and the Lobster Johnson volume. This is the first series since BPRD that to make for a successful and exciting spin off both in the tone of the artwork and the strength of the writing.
